All Mimosa products are multi-point quality tested, rigorously inspected, and inspected again before being shipped out. Mimosa carefully selects only high quality materials, components, and accessories to achieve the high quality finishes and premium luxury products that we are known for.
All continental US domestic returns require a "Return Request Form" to be completed. Click Here to submit a return request. Customers may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of products arrival date. Customer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% inspection & restocking fee is charged (to cover the initial shipping cost). Email suppport@mimosainc.com for all questions regarding returns.
Opened and/or used products are not eligible for return. All orders shipped to any US states or territories outside of the continental US (lower 48) are considered "international" in terms of the Mimosa return policy.
International orders/shipments are not eligible for return. Due to the costs associated with international shipping, all international sales are final. International orders experiencing warranty claim issues, complete the warranty claim form HERE.
Under NO circumstance are returns accepted for any custom made product. This includes custom pool floats, custom beach towels, custom pool float accessories, and all other Mimosa Inc custom made products.
